The short version. You are buying a fixed-length subscription, not a rolling contract — it ends when the term ends unless you buy another. A connection limits how many devices stream at once, not how many you install on. Resale and public rebroadcast are not permitted. Refunds are governed by the refund policy. The full terms follow.
Welcome to Buy IPTV. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Buy IPTV website and IPTV streaming service (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Buy IPTV ("we", "our", or "us").

Buy IPTV offers subscription plans on a monthly or annual basis, as described on our Pricing page. By selecting a plan and providing payment information, you authorise us to charge you the applicable fees on a recurring basis.
Fee Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Any fee changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and we will provide reasonable notice before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a 24-hour free trial of the Service to new users. Free trials are provided without payment and without requiring a payment card. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offerings at any time without notice.

5. User-Generated Content
If the Service allows you to submit, post, or otherwise provide content (such as reviews, messages, or other materials), you are solely responsible for that content. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.
You represent and warrant that any content you submit does not infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.

This limitation applies regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and whether Buy IPTV had been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York.
